Your tasks would be...
- owning and optimising workflows in HubSpot across multiple brands
- planning, setting up and analysing automated campaigns based on key KPIs
- defining and building dashboards in HubSpot and Looker to monitor email performance and efficiency
- translating data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- driving uplifts through structured A/B tests and customer segmentation strategies
- identifying, testing and scaling new customer communication channels such as push notifications and WhatsApp
- collaborating closely with commercial, content, design and BI teams
- acting as a sparring partner for the technical workflow setup and segmentation topics of our CRM Team Lead
You will fit well, when…
- you bring 4+ years of professional experience in CRM
- you have extensive HubSpot expertise, including building technical workflows and deriving insights from data
- you have a strong understanding of data collection, A/B testing and customer segmentation
- you possess strong project management and prioritisation skills
- you are experienced working in agile environments
- you have excellent analytical abilities, a hands-on mindset and a collaborative, action-oriented way of working
- you are fluent in English and German
