After a comprehensive research phase involving users, a final review is carried out exclusively by the Medical Advisory Board. Only if both the respective effect and all risks to the health of the user have been clearly proven is a recommendation granted by the Advisory Board.

The Medical Advisory Board ensures that all treatment processes, recommendations, and other doctor-patient interactions comply with German medical guidelines. The advisory board's advice helps to improve the patient journey and to set up new medical guidelines for treatment within the digital environment.

The medical advisory board also advises DHMS, which provides telemedicine services to patients through Wellster's platforms.
