Working Student Commercial Growth & Expansion (m/w/d)

Following the massive success of our flagship brand GoLighter in the GLP-1 market, we are now scaling across the continent. We are looking for a high-caliber Student Assistant based in Munich to support our Growth Team. This isn't your average internship. You will be the right hand to our Growth Managers, helping to build the engine that drives our expansion. You will get a front-row seat to how a hyper-growth company enters new markets like France or Sweden.

Your tasks would be...

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research, including regulatory landscapes, competitor pricing, and healthcare infrastructure in target markets
  • Support our Digital Health Applications (DiGA) team in managing partnerships and navigating the German digital health ecosystem
  • Contribute to the development of market-entry playbooks, ensuring precise data management, document localization, and compliance with legal and operational requirements
  • Assist in preparing high-stakes strategy materials, including table-top exercises, board-level presentations, and business cases for new country launches
  • Track project milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Marketing), and ensure structured and accurate rollout execution

  • Du strategisch denkst und gleichzeitig großen Wert auf Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Detailtreue legst
  • Du sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel besitzt und komplexe Inhalte professionell aufbereiten kannst

  • Du fließend Englisch und Deutsch sprichst; Französisch ist ein klarer Pluspunkt

What is the typical hiring process?

After your CV submission, our HR team will get in touch with you. The first call is to get to know the company and the position better; of course, you will get a chance to introduce your ambitious self then. After comes a call with your future Teamlead, which is followed by a case study. The last step is to meet the team and visit one of our locations. Usually. We will always inform you about the next steps during the interviews.

How long is the hiring process?

It will take us a week to get back to you after your CV submission. If everything goes smoothly, the interview processes can be finished in roughly 4-6 weeks.

What is it like to work at Wellster?

Tough question. We’ve asked some colleagues to describe their experience with songs. Some of the answers were: Rolling in the Deep, Oh Happy Day, Show must go on and Eye of the Tiger. What does it mean? We don’t know, we just know that people love it here :)

What language do people speak at Wellster?

Official language of the company is English. We operate so far only on the German Market - so some people/departments must speak German. All the other languages are super welcome to join “the most prevailing language” contest :)
