Your tasks would be...
- Posting daily bank transactions as well as incoming and outgoing invoices
- Supporting monthly closings, including reconciliation of general ledger accounts (GL accounts)
- Further developing and optimizing our ERP system Odoo in collaboration with the Finance and Tech teams
- Building and maintaining clean and traceable process documentation in the accounting department
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including audit preparation
- Optional (but a strong plus): experience with VAT advance notifications and OSS filings
You will fit well, when…
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- You have strong knowledge of German tax and accounting regulations
- You are proficient in accounting software, ideally DATEV or Odoo
- You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- You are open to new ideas and contribute proactively to daily work
- You have good command of both German and English
