Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

GoLighter is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive our growth across channels and products. In this role, you will work closely with our Performance Marketing, Commercial, and BI teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that contribute directly to our business goals.

You will combine operational execution with analytical thinking: launching campaigns, supporting product rollouts, testing new ideas, and continuously improving performance based on data. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid digital marketing experience, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to grow further in a fast-paced environment.

‍

‍

Your tasks would be...

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and Meta
  • Support the execution of SEA and Paid Social activities with a strong focus on performance and efficiency
  • Contribute to product launches, lead-generation initiatives, and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Develop and test new campaign ideas, audiences, creatives, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor key marketing and funnel metrics such as CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Work closely with our BI team to understand performance trends and derive actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Performance Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Creative teams
  • Support the coordination of external agencies and partners where needed
  • Help improve campaign processes, reporting structures, and marketing workflows
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure reliable execution from planning through delivery

‍

You will fit well, when…

  • You have around 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a comparable role
  • You have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, or other paid digital marketing channels
  • You feel comfortable working directly in ad platforms and managing campaigns independently
  • You have a good understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital funnels
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and confident working with reports, dashboards, and campaign results
  • You combine structured thinking with a practical, solution-oriented way of working
  • You enjoy testing new ideas and learning quickly from results
  • You communicate well and enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams
  • You take ownership of your work and proactively move projects forward
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital health, D2C, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
  • Experience with offline marketing, TV, OOH, or agency management is a plus, but not required
  • You are fluent in English; German or other European languages are an advantage

What is the typical hiring process?

After your CV submission, our HR team will get in touch with you. The first call is to get to know the company and the position better; of course, you will get a chance to introduce your ambitious self then. After comes a call with your future Teamlead, which is followed by a case study. The last step is to meet the team and visit one of our locations. Usually. We will always inform you about the next steps during the interviews.

How long is the hiring process?

It will take us a week to get back to you after your CV submission. If everything goes smoothly, the interview processes can be finished in roughly 4-6 weeks.

What is it like to work at Wellster?

Tough question. We’ve asked some colleagues to describe their experience with songs. Some of the answers were: Rolling in the Deep, Oh Happy Day, Show must go on and Eye of the Tiger. What does it mean? We don’t know, we just know that people love it here :)

What language do people speak at Wellster?

Official language of the company is English. We operate so far only on the German Market - so some people/departments must speak German. All the other languages are super welcome to join “the most prevailing language” contest :)
