Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)

Join our team to take full ownership of the supply chain for key product families from planning to replenishment and inventory optimization. You'll play a crucial role in shaping smooth operations, driving efficiency, and partnering across teams to bring our products to life.

Your tasks would be...

  • managing the supply chain of specific product families end to end, including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment
  • collaborating closely with key suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and consistent quality
  • supporting sourcing activities to maintain a reliable and cost-effective supply chain
  • managing and maintaining product master data within internal systems while working closely with Commercial, Brand and Tech teams
  • optimizing workflows and tracking key metrics to improve operational performance
  • working with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and new initiatives

You will fit well, when…

  • you bring 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations
  • you have expertise in supply planning, inventory management, and procurement processes
  • you possess strong organizational and project management skills
  • you are confident using MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • you approach challenges proactively and with a solution-oriented mindset
  • you are driven by continuous improvement
  • you speak both German and English fluently

What is the typical hiring process?

After your CV submission, our HR team will get in touch with you. The first call is to get to know the company and the position better; of course, you will get a chance to introduce your ambitious self then. After comes a call with your future Teamlead, which is followed by a case study. The last step is to meet the team and visit one of our locations. Usually. We will always inform you about the next steps during the interviews.

How long is the hiring process?

It will take us a week to get back to you after your CV submission. If everything goes smoothly, the interview processes can be finished in roughly 4-6 weeks.

What is it like to work at Wellster?

What language do people speak at Wellster?

Official language of the company is English. We operate so far only on the German Market - so some people/departments must speak German. All the other languages are super welcome to join “the most prevailing language” contest :)
