Copywriter (m/f/d)

Health communication is effective when it makes complex topics easy to understand and inspires people to take action. That’s why we’re looking for a Copywriter (m/f/d) who can translate complex subjects and ideas into clear, empathetic, and engaging messages – across all channels and with real impact. Your goal: communication that moves people, builds trust, and supports our users in their everyday lives. We offer you the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of millions of people facing health challenges through powerful communication.

Your tasks would be...

  • Developing impactful, cross-channel marketing copy that supports key KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Writing compelling copy for landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, paid social, and print materials, all with a clear focus on conversion and brand loyalty
  • Integrating SEO elements where relevant – such as on landing pages or product pages – combining digital visibility with emotional resonance
  • Representing our brand voice consistently across all touchpoints to ensure recognizability and tone alignment
  • Turning insights and user feedback into empathetic, motivational messages that inspire trust and action
  • Collaborating closely with CRM, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and Brand teams to ensure consistent, strategically aligned messaging

You will fit well, when…

  • You hold a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a comparable field
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in copywriting – ideally at an agency
  • You possess excellent German language skills, with a refined sense of tone and the ability to tailor messages for various audiences
  • You have a passion for language and a strong sense for structure, rhythm, and impact
  • You understand the mechanics of CRM, SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization – and can effectively incorporate them into your copy
  • You think from the user’s perspective and translate insights into messages that resonate, motivate, and perform
  • You work in a solution-oriented, agile, and self-driven manner – even in a fast-paced environment
  • You are interested in digital health solutions and have a feel for ethically responsible communication
  • You are open to new tools and technologies, ideally with experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar

After your CV submission, our HR team will get in touch with you. The first call is to get to know the company and the position better; of course, you will get a chance to introduce your ambitious self then. After comes a call with your future Teamlead, which is followed by a case study. The last step is to meet the team and visit one of our locations. Usually. We will always inform you about the next steps during the interviews.

How long is the hiring process?

It will take us a week to get back to you after your CV submission. If everything goes smoothly, the interview processes can be finished in roughly 4-6 weeks.

What is it like to work at Wellster?

Tough question. We’ve asked some colleagues to describe their experience with songs. Some of the answers were: Rolling in the Deep, Oh Happy Day, Show must go on and Eye of the Tiger. What does it mean? We don’t know, we just know that people love it here :)

What language do people speak at Wellster?

Official language of the company is English. We operate so far only on the German Market - so some people/departments must speak German. All the other languages are super welcome to join “the most prevailing language” contest :)
