- High affinity for customer needs
- Have an experience in Customer Success in e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong communication skills
- Zendesk knowledge is a plus
- Leadership and / or project management experiences are a plus
- Written German at an excellent level
- English conversationally fluent
