Senior HubSpot CRM Manager (m/w/d)

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören...

  • Creating, managing and optimising of all our email marketing activities across all our direct-to-patient platforms (gospring.de, golighter.de, mysummer.de, myspring.com, easy-testen.de)
  • planning campaigns across all platforms incl. recurring initiatives and special campaigns
  • Optimising our customer lifetime value through re-order, up- and cross-sell campaigns
  • Reviewing, optimizing and automating workflows in Hubspot
  • Planning, setting up and analysing 1-off campaigns
  • Defining and setting up dashboards in Hubspot to monitor email efficiency
  • Analysing email performance metrics, monitoring campaign performance and optimising of email performance
  • Translating data insights into actions
  • Generating uplifts through structured AB tests and customer segmentation rules
  • Identifying and testing new customer communication channels (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Collaborating with our commercial, content, design and BI teams
  • Sparring partner for technical workflow set-up and segmentation of our CRM team

  • have several years of experience in email marketing and customer retention
  • have experience in AB testing and customer segmentation
  • have extensive understanding of Hubspot incl. setting up technical workflows and generating insights from Hubspot data
  • have leadership experience (is a plus)
  • have strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • have excellent analytical abilities, hands-on mentality and collaborative action-oriented spirit
  • are passionate about translating data insights into actions
  • are fluent in German and English
