Your tasks would be...
- To create, manage, and optimize all email marketing campaigns for all of our brands in close collaboration with our in-house design and content team
- To optimize the customer lifetime value through re-order and cross-selling campaigns
- To develop a structured AB testing plan to continuously optimize existing journeys and relevant repeat customer KPIs
- To introduce new measures to increase customer loyalty, such as referral programs and incentives
- To identify new target groups, set up automated workflows, and define customer segmentation rules
- To strategically conceptualize and implement lead generation measures
- To identify and test new customer communication channels, such as SMS and WhatsApp
You will fit well, when…
- You have a university degree in a business area (e.g., business administration, informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification
- You have 1-2 years of working experience with a CRM system or marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot)
- You possess excellent analytical abilities, a hands-on mentality, and a collaborative spirit
- You are fluent in German
- You have a good understanding of marketing and sales processes—especially if they are from the pharmaceutical business
- You are preferably located in or around Munich
